With over two decades of experience as a master educator for a major manufacturer, Leeanne traveled the country sharing her knowledge, techniques, and passion with fellow industry professionals. Her talent and dedication have earned her recognition as 2023
Top Stylist along with Top Beauty Professional and a finalist in 2024. Her expertise has earned her the appointment to the NYS Appearance Enhancement Board to help guide legislation on topics related to the industry.

As the leader of the front desk team, she sets the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and organization-getting to know every guest by name and making them feel like part of the family. She is truly both our rught and left hand, and an invaluable asset to the hear of our salon. Peggy takes pride in our customer service standard and is a huge part of being named a Bestie Finalist for customer service.

Level 6 Stylist
She truly does it all-cutting, coloring, texture services, styling, facials, lash lifts, makeup, and lets not forget extensions. Whether it's hand tied wefts, k-tip, I-tip or tape ins, she delivers flawless results. She's also certified in crafting custom hairpieces, offering guest truly personalized solutions. Recently, she took her talent to the next level by becoming an educator for Dream-Catchers Extensions, where she now teaches fellow industry professionals how to master these techniques. Her dedication, creativity, and upbeat personality leave a lasting impression-and its not surprise she was a finalist for Top Stylist in 2024 Bestie Awards.

John is a passionate and driven Level 1 Stylist who has passed his State Boards. Now part of our Associate program-which we consider the equivalent of earning a master's degree in the beauty industry-John is fully immersed in refining his craft. He is dedicated to honing his techniques and growing his skills as he is soaking up as much knowledge as possible. With a deep love of the industry and a strong desire to learn, John brings fresh energy, creativity, and an eagerness to deliver beautiful results for every guest.

Adriana is a telented and passionate Level 1 Stylist who joined our team after graduating from the BOCES program. After graduating with strong foundational skills, she entered our Associate Program-what we consider the beauty industry's version of a master's degree. Adriana is now excelling as she continues to refine her craft, growing her techniques, and gaining hands on experience. Her love of the industry shine through and she is excited to keep learning and creating beautidul transformations for every guest in her chair.

Courtney is our in house NYS Licensed Aesthetician. She will evaluate your skin and make recommendations as to what facial would be best for you. She loves being able to make your skin look its very best along with providing education as to how to optimize it. Her main go to line of GlymedPro professional pharmacutical grade products will make a huge difference on how your skin looks and feels. Besides general skin care, Courtney also does microdermabrasion, high frequency skin therapy, eye lash lifts, along with all types of waxing. Courtney was a finalist for Bestie Awards for Aesthetician for 2025!
Liz is the friendly face who will make sure you feel truly welcome from the moment our walk through our doors. Whether she's helping you check in, making your next reservation, or cashing you out at the end of your visit, Liz is here to ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably. Jessica is always ready to help and greet everyone with a smile and cheerful attitude. Originally from Georgia, she brings a dose of southern charm to our salon-and while she's still getting used to Northern winters, you might catch her bundled in a sweater even on a 70 degree day! Jessica loves meeting new people and striking up conversations, and making everyone feel at home. Her positive energy is contagious, and she's always happy to assist with anything you need during your visit.
Kateri Martin
Associate
Guest Service Expert
Kateri has worked at our salon company while attending school and college for the past few years. She started as a Guest Service Expert and recently obtained her Barber Apprentice License. Depending on the day, she may be behind the desk assisting guests or Assisting with clients as she learns our trade. She is currently attending college for mortuary science and is gaining valuable skills as a barber apprentice in our salon. She appreciates that the techniques she is learning here may one day support her in respectfully preparing individuals for their final viewings.
